A. Yes! Every week we will be adding two or more videos to the site.
Q. What if I have feedback about the content and want to discuss it?

Q. What if I have questions about the content or need further explanation of something I saw in a video?
A. Please email us at questions@songwork.com and one of our knowledgeable staff members will get back to you with an answer.
Q. I encountered a technical problem with one of the videos. What do I do?
A. Email Brad at tech@songwork.com and he will get right on it.
Q. Are there plans to add more series and teachers to the site? Will you be exploring more genre specific subjects?
A. Yes! We are working right now on adding many new series to the site and enlisting experts from every genre of music to do videos for us. Please let us know what you'd like to see on songwork and we'll try to make it happen. Contact us at feedback@songwork.com.
Q. Why can't I use PayPal to pay for my membership?
A. We will be adding a PayPal option soon.

Q. Can I connect to Songwork using my iPad or other wireless hand held device?
A. Not just yet. We will be upgrading our video player soon to allow this functionality.
Q. Are Songwork videos available for download or purchase?
A. No. Songwork videos are only available to Songwork members.
Q. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
A. You can cancel your paid membership at any time. You will be refunded for the number of full months remaining in your paid membership (there are no refunds for partial months). When you cancel, your access to the paid membership website is immediately terminated.
